What on earth do you buy somebody that’s got everything? And says, oh, there’s nothing that I really want … surprise me! Aaarghhhhh!!!!!
How many times have you wandered around the shops for hours on end trying to find something that’s a bit different and that will mean a lot to the person receiving it? It happens to me. every. single. year.
So this year, I am being organised and looking for gifts that don’t even require a trip into town and here are my top 10 finds…(I’ve put the links in for you to make it ridiculously easy)
10. A visit to Ragdale Hall. One for the gents and the ladies. Everybody loves a pamper at Ragdale, with it’s infinity pool, fabulous food and countless ways to relax that allow you to forget the day to day grind and lose yourself for a day. Did you know that they also offer twilight sessions too?

8. A National Trust Membership - Calke Abbey is a fantastic day out for kids and adults alike. This year they launched their outdoor explorer area which is just brilliant for the children and the walled gardens look fantastic all year round.
7. A keeper for the day experience at Twycroos Zoo - Every animal lover’s dream! Spend a day getting behind the scenes and getting to meet the animals up close
6. Theatre tickets - The Curve have lots of great productions happening this year… The Phantom of The Opera, The Woman in Black and there’s even a Greatest Showman sing-a-long
5. Concert tickets - we are blessed not only to have The Curve as a great venue in Leicester but also De Montfort Hall. There is the Leicester Comedy Festival, Peppa Pig, Jimmy Carr, the sensational 60s experience - something for everyone!
4. Drive a sports car experience at Prestwold Hall in Leicestershire
3. Vouchers for their favourite restaurant (with a baby sitting token included) - Did you know that you could buy vouchers for The Hammer & Pincers in Wymeswold? They offer an incredible tasting menu with hand picked wines that is ridiculously good.
2. A foodie hamper - so easy to DIY… buy a lovely basket and some tissue paper and then go wild looking for some great foodie products (Carluccios have an amazing range of luxury items and their Limoncello is to die for) - wine and Gin are always a hit
